By accessing and using the Black Diamond Interiors website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

• Trade Pro pricing is available only to approved Trade Pro accounts
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors
• Product images are representative — actual finish and color may vary
• Lead times are estimates and not guaranteed

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Orders are not submitted to suppliers until payment is verified.

Order numbers are generated in the format BDI-YYYY-00001. Use your order number for all order-related inquiries.

• Payment must be received before order processing begins
• ACH and bank payments are marked as pending until confirmed
• Orders are not submitted to suppliers until payment is verified
• We use secure, encrypted payment processing
• We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment information

Shipping methods and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Large cabinet orders may require freight shipping. When accurate freight cannot be calculated, we may convert your cart to a freight quote request.

Return and cancellation policies are described in our Returns, Cancellations & Damage Claims policy. Custom and special order items may not be returnable.

• Trade Pro pricing is available only to approved accounts
• Trade pricing is 25% off MSRP unless a specific trade price is set by an admin
• Trade pricing does not apply to Trade Pending, expired, suspended, or unauthenticated accounts
• Misuse of trade pricing may result in account suspension
• Only admins may approve Trade Pro access and tax-exempt status

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your account with others. Only the customer who owns a project, quote, or order may view it.

Black Diamond Interiors and Black Diamond Solutions are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
