Shipping, Delivery & Pickup Policy

We offer the following shipping and delivery methods:

• Customer Pickup — Free pickup at our Williston, ND facility
• Local Delivery — Within our local service zone (charges calculated by ZIP code)
• Nationwide LTL Freight — Freight shipping to any U.S. address
• Parcel Shipping — For eligible accessories only
• Freight Quote Required — For orders requiring accurate freight calculation

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Special order and custom items may have longer lead times as indicated on the product page.

Large cabinet orders are shipped via LTL freight. When accurate freight can be calculated, the rate is shown at checkout. When it cannot be accurately determined, we convert your cart to a freight quote request. Your cart is preserved and our staff will send a final payment link once freight is confirmed.

Freight deliveries require a scheduled appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Inspect all shipments upon delivery before signing the carrier's receipt. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Hidden damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt may limit our ability to file a carrier claim on your behalf.

Local delivery is available within our Williston, ND service zone. Delivery charges are calculated by ZIP-code zone. Free local delivery promotions may be available — check at checkout.

Customer pickup is available at our Williston, ND facility at no charge. You'll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
